  • You are the lawful owner or authorised representative of the documents you submit.
  • You will notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments & Fees

All service fees are displayed before checkout and are charged in Saudi Riyal (SAR) unless otherwise stated. Payments processed through Razorpay are subject to Razorpay's terms; other enabled payment methods may also be subject to their provider's terms.

Once a request is submitted and payment is made, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. A deduction of 10 SAR applies to all refunds to cover non-recoverable processing costs.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
